As the Construction Manager at Risk, DCI Group is managing the construction of a 50,000 SF precast office building and four story precast parking structure. This project is on a green field urban site. In addition to the office and parking structure, DCI Group is also paving Elm Street and performing public improvements for the City of Des Moines which will be turned over at the end of the project. This project also includes the finishing of four tenant spaces in the building. DCI Group is also involved in the furniture selection and procurement for each tenant.
