Representing the Principal Financial Group from ground breaking to final closeout, DCI Group also coordinated with local contractors and trades in the Cedar Valley, while capitalizing on the synergies of both the Des Moines and Cedar Falls business unit staff. One small indicator of the diligent planning involved in the project was the building turnover that took place over a single weekend. DCI Group played an instrumental role in negotiating a 10 year warranty on the project with the site developer. At no cost to the Principal Financial Group, Kevin Kain still provides yearly building and site inspections – three years after building turnover – showing DCI Group’s unwavering commitment to the warranty management of this property and the dedication to the Principal Financial Group.
